Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a cornerstone of asset servicing in IOI City, Putrajaya, invites a Depositary Control Officer, Client Portfolio Compliance, to join our global team. You will review fund breaches, analyze external data, and ensure UCITS rules and country-specific limits are met.

You will collaborate with oversight teams, provide explanations for breaches, and contribute to scalable processes in a worldwide network while benefiting from a comprehensive rewards program and world-class training.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial products and derivatives.
• Mandatory English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience in investment compliance or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform complex fund analyses with minimal support.
• Investigate and analyze exceptions in ALTO; classify breaches (active, passive, warning, technical).
• Review fund prospectuses and external data (Bloomberg, Telekurs).
• Interpret UCITS rules and legal requirements; monitor investment limits by country.
• Assess breaches for PCS funds and provide explanations to oversight via email.
