Minor Hotels' Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas is seeking a Demi Chef to support the Executive Chef by preparing appetizers, and meat and vegetables for entrees. You will help with presentation and ensure high quality food served promptly.

You will participate in selecting and training new kitchen team members, while upholding health and safety standards and maintaining high cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently under pressure is essential.
