Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas in Desaru, Malaysia seeks a motivated Chef De Partie to join our luxury kitchen team. You will prepare, cook, and present menu items to our high standards, supervise junior staff, and help maintain HACCP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred, with 2–4 years of hotel or restaurant experience. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential to thrive in this role.

• 2–4 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering operation.
• Strong knowledge of international food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to approved recipes and quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Helpers during service.
• Ensure HACCP compliance, proper hygiene, and safe food handling.
• Assist in menu development, recipe standardization, and seasonal promotions.
