Qualifications

• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes, portion, and garnish to meet quality standards.
• Regulate ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure proper cooking temperatures.
• Maintain food logs and monitor inventory/quality of food prepared.
• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees; model professionalism.
• Communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to service staff; uphold safety policies.
