Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Demand Planning Project & Lifecycle Management Specialist to drive end-to-end PIPO activities for launches, transitions and discontinuations. You will maintain master data and planning parameters, lead planning projects from planning through closure, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business analysis, supply chain operations, demand planning, master data or related functions.
• Experience in cross-functional project execution and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with planning/master data systems.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Phase-In/Phase-Out (PIPO) activities for product launches, SKU transitions, reformulations, pack changes and discontinuations.

Manage end-to-end Phase-In/Phase-Out (PIPO) activities for product launches, SKU transitions, reformulations, pack changes and discontinuations

Maintain and validate demand planning master data and planning parameters

Execute demand planning projects and improvement initiatives from planning through implementation and closure
