Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business analysis, supply chain operations, demand planning, master data or related functions.
• Experience in cross-functional project execution and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with planning/master data systems.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and reporting skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end Phase-In/Phase-Out (PIPO) activities for product launches, SKU transitions, reformulations, pack changes and discontinuations.
• Maintain and validate demand planning master data and planning parameters.
• Execute demand planning projects and improvement initiatives from planning through implementation and closure.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Data, Marketing, Regulatory, Commercial and Technology teams.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Support system setup, user testing, business validation and go-live readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency, data quality and operational processes.
