Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Delivery & Logistics Assistant Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery operations for large appliances, ensuring timely fulfillment, managing logistics partners, and maintaining inventory controls.

You will optimize routes, monitor KPIs like on-time delivery and damage rates, collaborate with Sales, Warehousing, Planning, and After-Sales, and lead continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in logistics or supply chain with large appliance delivery.
• Experience in logistics provider management and familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; English required, Chinese preferred.
• Data-driven mindset and proficiency with AI tools for business analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full delivery cycle from order matching to final-mile delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Oversee outsourced logistics providers, define SLAs, monitor metrics, and drive service quality improvements.
• Manage warehouse inventory (PSI), balance supply-demand, and minimize stockouts or dead stock risk.
• Track delivery costs, analyze route optimization, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Establish rapid response for delays, damages, and rejections; coordinate with providers to resolve issues.
• Prepare KPI reports (on-time delivery, load factor, exception rate, complaints) and drive SOP improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehousing, Planning, and After-Sales for smooth order flow.
