Qualifications

• 1–2 years of debt collection experience or related field.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to discuss and resolve outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities.
• Provide regular updates on collection progress and performance.
• Escalate complex cases as needed and support strategy implementation.
• Minimize and resolve customer complaints.
