Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in credit recovery or collections.
• Experience handling aging accounts of 3 months and above.
• Education: SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to delinquent customers and negotiate structured repayment plans.
• Evaluate delinquent accounts and provide reports and actionable recommendations.
• Verify updated customer contact details to improve recovery rates.
• Maintain high call quality, follow SOPs, regulations, and ethics.
• Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and de-escalation skills.
