Job summary

Malaysia HR Forum in Petaling Jaya is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Administrator to manage daily data entry, maintain records, and prepare management reports. You’ll ensure data accuracy across departments and support data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or degree in information systems or related field, at least 1 year of experience, and strong Excel/database skills. You will work with multiple teams to safeguard data integrity and streamline reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Systems, Data Management, HR, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related fields
• Candidates should possess strong Data Administration and Data Management skills to maintain accurate and organized records.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data management software (e.g., Excel, database platforms).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and ensure information is entered accurately and on time.
• Verify data received from different departments and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Conduct regular data cleansing, checking for duplicate, outdated or incorrect records.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets and other relevant systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Consolidate data from different sources into standard reports and dashboards.
• Support data collection for management reviews and corporate reporting.
• Liaise with Corporate Training, IT and other departments to obtain or verify information.
• Ensure confidential and sensitive company information is handled appropriately.
• Follow company procedures relating to data protection, document control and record retention.
• Assist in improving data-management processes and reducing manual or duplicate work.
• Perform other administrative and data-related duties as assigned.
