Job summary

MR D.I.Y. Malaysia is hiring an Administrative/Data Entry Clerk in Seri Kembangan to support store operations. You will receive and compile Excel files from stores, follow up tasks via Google Chat, and ensure data quality and accuracy in the system.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or a related field, 1–2 years of administrative or data entry experience, and strong Excel proficiency. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in administrative, data entry, or operations support roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good data management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and compile MS Excel files from all assigned Stores.
• Follow up the tasks and reply to all messages using Google Chat.
• Perform Data Entry into the system, managing Data Quality and Accuracy.
• Record store-provided ARN details in MS Excel for proper documentation.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
