Nielsen in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Data Processing Coordinator to support accurate, timely, and secure processing of operational data for panel operations.

You will work with local and international teams to ensure data quality and compliance, assist in communications, and continuously improve data processes with training provided.

Competenze

• Minimum SPM, STPM, certificate, diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in operations, data entry, administrative, or business support roles.
• Basic proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, Google Suite, and database applications.
• Willingness to learn Nielsen systems, data definitions, quality standards, and repeatable operational processes and maintain high data accuracy and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy mindset, and basic problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies and follow procedures.

• Panel Operations & Participant Engagement: Provide daily support for Mobile/Online research panels through email, phone, and other communication tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for research participants, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of panelist communications, including emails, translations, and web content.

Job Description

The Data Processing Coordinator supports the accurate, timely and secure processing, validation and delivery of operational data. The role follows defined procedures, monitors data quality, resolves routine data issues, maintains complete records and collaborates with Operations and internal stakeholders to meet service-level and client requirements.
