Job summary

OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to handle daily processing and data input of customer requests. The role requires verifying document completeness, maintaining accuracy, and meeting SLA targets in a collaborative team environment.

The position emphasises strong regulatory compliance, the ability to work under pressure, and willingness to support process improvements while delivering reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Handle daily processing/data input of customer requests.
• Verify completeness and proper authorization before processing.
• Complete daily processing within SLA targets.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process/perform data entry for all verified requests on timely and accurate basis.
• Attend to enquiries on processing status of customer requests.
• Escalate exception cases promptly to Team Lead/Section Head.
• Observe and comply with documented policies/procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g. Banking Secrecy, Anti-Money Laundering).
• Provide support functions from time to time (e.g. compilation of statistics, report extraction).
• Contribute and provide feedback to Team Lead on process-related issues and suggest improvements.
