U Mobile is seeking a Business Analyst & Business Development professional to drive sales growth through data-driven insights, governance, and commercial strategy. The role collaborates with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to identify opportunities and build new revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or Business Management, with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales funnel, pipeline governance, forecasting, and performance tracking to drive sales effectiveness.
• Develop management dashboards, reports, and business insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Build financial and commercial models for new initiatives, partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Operations teams on strategic planning, budgeting, and business cases.
• Identify market opportunities and develop innovative business models, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive segment growth.
