Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a data analytics professional to manage B2B reporting, dashboard enablement, and governance to improve data accessibility and business visibility. You will collaborate with business and technical teams across BI, CRM, Finance, Product, and Sales to deliver accurate, timely, and user-friendly reporting.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in reporting and analytics operations, with strong skills in KPI governance, dashboard ecosystems, and SQL/Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in reporting, dashboard enablement, analytics operations, or business reporting, preferably in telecommunications, B2B, or commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of KPI reporting, reporting governance, dashboard ecosystems, CRM, BI, data warehouse, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, including data extraction, reconciliation, reporting validation, and dashboard enhancement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into structured reporting and dashboard solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard visibility, reporting usability, self-service capabilities, and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.
• Maintain KPI governance, reporting structures, documentation, and ensure consistency of KPI definitions and reporting logic.
• Monitor reporting accuracy, data quality, reconciliation, and coordinate issue resolution across BI, IT, and business teams.
• Support integration of external datasets, market intelligence, competitor, and benchmark data to enhance reporting visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to support reporting requirements, dashboard enhancements, and ongoing process improvements.
