Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development and strategic initiatives within the telco domain. You will coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Network, and ISD to align business requirements with technology solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in telco project management, a solid understanding of RAN, OSS, and BSS, and strong people management skills to lead cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree and at least 8 years of experience as a project manager in telco environments.
• Solid understanding of telco systems, especially Radio Network, OSS and BSS.
• Ability to work with all levels in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development and strategic projects from concept to GTM planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Network, and ISD to define product strategy and gather requirements.
• Manage project delivery with structured methodologies ensuring milestones, KPIs, and compliance.
• Drive RFQ/RFP processes and explore new business models to enhance portfolio and customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risks and deliver customer-centric solutions.
