Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a commercially driven and strategic leader to own and scale our telesales channel as a key revenue engine within Base Marketing. This role is accountable for end-to-end telesales performance, driving revenue growth, improving conversion and optimising productivity across a high-volume outbound environment.

You will work closely with CVM, Marketing, Product, Device, and ISD teams to translate targeted customer segments and offers into strong sales outcomes while continuously

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in telesales or outbound sales roles.
• Proven track record in owning channel performance and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience in CVM-driven sales environments with targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the telesales channel as a strategic revenue engine delivering growth in acquisition, retention, and value management.
• Define and lead end-to-end telesales strategy translating priorities into scalable sales motions.
• Optimize lead management, contact strategy, and sales operating model for better conversion and cost efficiency.
• Lead a data-driven performance culture using analytics to improve funnels and productivity.
• Build and lead a high-performing telesales organisation with cross-functional partnerships.
