U Mobile is seeking a Business Analyst & Business Development professional to drive sales growth through data-driven insights, governance, and commercial strategy. The role collaborates with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to identify opportunities and build new revenue streams.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in business analysis or related fields, strong analytical and modelling skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership while managing multiple

Responsibilities

• Manage sales funnel, pipeline governance, forecasting, and performance tracking to drive sales effectiveness.
• Develop management dashboards, reports, and business insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Build financial and commercial models for new initiatives, partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Operations teams on strategic planning, budgeting, and business cases.
• Identify market opportunities and develop innovative business models, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive segment growth.

Job Summary

The Day-To-Day Activities

About You

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or Business Management, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, sales operations, commercial strategy, business development, or consulting.

Strong analytical, financial modelling, Excel, dashboard, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with experience in sales funnel management, business performance tracking, and developing business opportunities.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and engage senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders

Highly organised, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
