Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager to identify and convert new opportunities across Malaysia's data centres, industrial, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. You will build strategic relationships, map decision-makers, and drive a sustainable sales pipeline while diversifying revenue streams.

Based in Simpang Renggam, Johor, you will travel within Malaysia and lead end-to-end account development from prospecting to closing, contributing to long-term growth

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, business development, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian industrial and commercial market.
• Good knowledge of technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand a database of target accounts across Malaysia.
• Identify new market segments and potential customers in data centres, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
• Map stakeholders and decision-makers across ecosystems and engage early in projects.
• Qualify opportunities and convert them into profitable sales through commercial negotiation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop technical and commercial solutions and proposals.
