Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Document Controller for a Data Centre project in Kuala Lumpur. You will implement and maintain a robust document control system, manage documents through Procore, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate distribution to project teams and stakeholders, maintain version history, and provide training on document control procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Information Management or a related field.
• 2 years relevant experience in either Construction or Data Center field.
• Proven experience using document control software such as Procore, or similar tools.
• Certification in Document Management or Information Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a document control system to track, store, and retrieve project documentation.
• Manage creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of documents via Procore.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain version control and history of document revisions.
• Coordinate document distribution to project teams, clients, contractors and stakeholders.
