Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Document Controller for a Data Centre project. You will plan, manage, and deliver electrical infrastructure documents, ensuring accuracy, version control, and secure access for stakeholders.

The role requires a Diploma or higher and at least 2 years of experience in construction or data centers, with Procore experience. Certification in document management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Information Management or a related field.
• 2 years relevant experience in either Construction or Data Center field.
• Procore or similar document control tools experience.
• Certification in Document Management or Information Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a document control system for tracking, storage, and retrieval of project documentation.
• Manage creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of documents via Procore.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to verify document integrity.
• Maintain version control and ensure latest versions are available to stakeholders.
• Coordinate distribution of documents to project teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide training and support on document control procedures and best practices.
• Generate and distribute regular reports on document status and compliance.
