Job summary

Visiontec System Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, invites a full-time Salesperson to identify and develop new business opportunities in data center and related engineering solutions. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation and closing, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

You will coordinate with engineering and project teams to prepare accurate proposals, present our solutions clearly, and contribute to reports, forecasts, and marketing

Qualifications

• CRM, client engagement, and account management skills.
• Sales prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity qualification skills.
• Negotiation, presentation, and persuasive communication abilities.
• Technical understanding of data centers, IT infrastructure, or engineering solutions.
• Business communication, report writing, and proficiency with office tools.
• Experience in B2B sales in technology/engineering fields is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering/IT or related field.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English; Bahasa Malaysia or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer technical and business requirements and coordinate with engineering/project teams to prepare proposals.
• Present Visiontec System’s solutions clearly and persuasively to clients.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts; participate in marketing and promotional activities; ensure high customer satisfaction.
