Job summary

Your background includes a Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering and at least 5 years in data center operations, with strong incident analysis, risk management, and cross-team communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; IDC/data center ops preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, SOPs and EOPs.
• Proficient in incident analysis, risk identification and optimization measures.
• Strong teamwork, coordination skills and cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in daily IDC data center operations to ensure stable site performance.
• Respond to incidents and execute work orders per SLA requirements.
• Perform risk analyses for IDC sites and implement risk control measures.
• Familiar with ticketing systems and SOPs; complete operational tickets accurately.
• Assist network engineers and server experts in complex troubleshooting.
• Coordinate teams to resolve non-standard operational scenarios.
• Lead the team to improve operational stability and reduce risks.
• Coordinate projects and drive cross-team collaboration.
