Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. in Malaysia seeks a Maintenance Planner to oversee maintenance for data centre operations, aiming for 100% uptime. You will coordinate a 52‑week plan, manage PPMS, and work with engineers, technicians and vendors to minimize disruption.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering/CS/business and 3–5 years in maintenance planning within critical environments. Strong CMMS, leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, ideally in a critical environment or data centre.
• Strong experience in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Proven experience managing technical teams and 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate asset management services including asset management delivery planning, preventative and corrective maintenance activities planning, condition monitoring and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure data centre systems are serviced according to manufacturer and company standards; coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and support audits.
