Job summary

You will lead a technical team, coordinate with shift teams for 24/7 coverage, and drive preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience in data center environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and 24/7 operations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of data center mechanical systems.
• Lead and mentor assistant engineers and technicians with 24/7 shift coverage.
