Job summary

Google in Sungai Buloh, Malaysia, seeks a Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager to lead planning and scheduling of maintenance work across data centers, coordinating with site supervisors, technicians, and CMMS systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will develop job plans, define parts, manage trades, and drive preventive maintenance improvements, collaborating with global teams to share best practices and optimize resources in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance planning, scheduling and maintenance work, or 1 year of experience in leading or planning facility equipment maintenance.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and Product Manager (PM) schedules.
• Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of the data centers.
• Collaborate with other site planners to implement global best practices that optimize maintenance programs.
