Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Scheduling and Planning Manager to lead project planning, control, and monitoring for ongoing and upcoming data center developments.

You will develop Level 1–3 schedules, align delivery with procurement, design, engineering, construction, and operations, and drive timely project completion. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop Level 1 to Level 3 project schedules for development stages.
• Coordinate schedule development with design, procurement, construction, and operations teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide weekly/monthly reporting with dashboards.
• Identify major slippages and advise on recovery or acceleration plans.
