Job summary

DayOne is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee maintenance for data centre operations, aiming for 100% uptime. The role interfaces with engineers, technicians and vendors to schedule annual Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and respond to unplanned maintenance efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning in critical environments or data centres.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate asset management, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Create and maintain the 52 week maintenance plan.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and document accordingly.
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and operations to minimize downtime during maintenance.
