Job summary

Solenis is expanding its Malaysia Data Center team and seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth, build relationships with key stakeholders, and position Solenis as a trusted partner in sustainable water treatment solutions. Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
• 5–8 years of experience in water treatment, industrial services, or related industries.
• Exposure to data center environments is preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or key account management.
• English and Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive Data Center business development in Malaysia, acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities with data center owners, colocation providers, EPCs, contractors, and facility managers.
• Build strong relationships with operators, consultants, engineering teams, and facility managers.
• Lead customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to promote value-based solutions.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and support proposals and negotiations.
