Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely, quality service delivery.
• Understand contract scope and ensure all work aligns with it.
• Act as a financial and operational systems champion to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works; manage paperwork.
• Review invoices, code costs, and coordinate billing and quotations.
