Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support day-to-day client interactions and delivery across hyperscale data center projects in the APAC region.

You will help maintain documentation, monitor service performance against SLAs, and coordinate with operations, network, IT services, and construction teams. The role offers exposure to live data center environments, allowing fresh graduates and early-career professionals to develop client-delivery skills and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in the data center industry, MEP consultancy, or construction preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project exposure are welcome to apply.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and issues.
• Prepare customer-facing documentation and maintain accurate records to support the relationship.
• Track service performance against SLAs and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep service operations running smoothly and resolve issues on time.
• Support project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications; track milestones and flags risks.
