DayOne Data Centers seeks an entry‑level Customer Success Associate to support client relationships and project delivery across hyperscale infrastructure. You will coordinate daily operations, track service performance, and keep documentation audit-ready as part of a structured early‑career path.

With DayOne's Southeast Asia growth, you’ll gain exposure to ITIL-aligned processes, cross‑functional collaboration, and onboarding of new customers in a fast‑paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1 year of data center, MEP consultancy, or construction work preferred.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer communications with timely, professional responses.
• Prepare customer-facing documentation and maintain records for audits.
• Track service performance against SLAs and produce reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep operations smooth and on schedule.
• Support project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain audit-ready records and liaise across teams including IT services and operations.
