Job summary

DayOne Data Centers is hiring a Customer Success Specialist for its Malaysia operations. The role supports the Customer Success Manager in client communications, project coordination, and service delivery across hyperscale infrastructure projects.

You will prepare customer-facing docs, monitor SLAs, and help maintain audit-ready records. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome, with training provided in ITIL-aligned processes and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year of data center/project experience welcomed.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer communications with professionalism.
• Track service performance and maintain audit-ready records.
• Support project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep tasks moving and risks surfaced.
