The role requires 2–3 years in a related field and a Diploma/Bachelor's in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field. Strong Excel and BI skills are essential; 6S and cost control knowledge is a plus.
This role involves supervising personnel in organizing month-end performance evaluations, managing production-related procedures and communications, and coordinating across departments to ensure policies and processes are effectively carried out. You will manage production-material and pharmaceutical sample applications, conduct regular inspections of production-line standards, and ensure accurate and timely completion of departmental data and documentation.
Key responsibilities
Supervise responsible personnel in organizing month-end performance evaluations; complete the compilation, organization, and release of results in a timely manner
Organize and review relevant departmental data to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Communicate internal instructions and follow up on implementation to ensure that all policies and processes are effectively carried out
Draft, review, issue, and distribute production-related procedures, notices, and communication materials to ensure information is delivered accurately and promptly
Manage production-material applications, pharmaceutical sample applications, and storage/use monitoring to ensure material availability and cost control
Conduct regular inspections of production-line 6S, quality practices, and discipline compliance to ensure employees follow standards
Coordinate and communicate across departments; follow up on documentation and OA approval processes to ensure work progresses on time
Complete other tasks assigned by management.
About you
2-3 years related job experiece
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field
Strong data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation skills
Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data-analysis or reporting tools
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, 6S, and material-cost control is an advantage
High level of integrity, accountability, and execution capability
Experience in dashboard/reporting tools and some BI or data visualization skills. Experience with tools such as Quick BI, Power BI, or similar platforms would be an advantage.
