KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD in Malaysia seeks candidates to support development and delivery of analytics solutions. This role involves managing dashboards, reports, and enterprise reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics or reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. The position offers opportunities for process improvements and stakeholder management.
Support the development and delivery of analytics solutions, analytics initiatives and enterprise reporting capabilities to enable data-driven decision‑making across the Group.
Develop dashboards, reports and analytical solutions based on business and operational requirements. Prepare recurring management reports, KPI dashboards and ad‑hoc analytical reports. Analyse and interpret data to generate insights that support decision‑making.
Perform data extraction, transformation and analysis activities from various source systems. Conduct data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Maintain datasets, metadata, data dictionaries and reporting documentation.
Support the implementation and enhancement of the ORCA Enterprise Data Platform and analytics use cases. Support data integration, FHIR mapping and data lineage activities across source systems. Assist in the development of Patient360, executive dashboards, healthcare analytics and enterprise KPI reporting.
Support analytics projects and enhancement initiatives from requirement gathering through implementation. Coordinate with hospitals, subsidiaries and business users on reporting and analytics requirements. Liaise with vendors and implementation partners on analytics deliverables and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in reporting and analytics processes. Support data governance initiatives and data quality improvement programmes. Keep abreast of emerging analytics technologies, tools and industry practices to enhance analytics capabilities across the Group.

External – Analytics vendors and service providers; system implementation partners; consultants and external stakeholders involved in analytics initiatives.
