Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager – Application & Data Security to join its cybersecurity team in Kuala Lumpur. You will translate customer requirements into practical security solutions and drive technical engagements throughout the sales cycle.

You will lead architecture design, PoCs, and customer-facing demos while aligning with vendors and partners to deliver secure, ROI-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of presales experience in IT/cybersecurity.
• Experience designing technical solutions, HLDs, BoMs and security proposals.
• Hands-on in demos, PoCs, and RFx responses.
• Strong understanding of enterprise app security and data security.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical expertise across the cybersecurity product portfolio.
• Design solution architectures, HLDs, BoMs, and technical proposals.
• Lead technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and customer presentations.
• Conduct customer meetings, demos, workshops, and technical consultations.
• Manage end-to-end PoC engagements: planning, execution, validation and reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors and solution architects to ensure accuracy and alignment.
