Job summary

Denave in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with both marketing leads and target accounts.

You will play a key role in bridging marketing and sales, maintaining CRM data, and driving pipeline in cybersecurity-focused IT solutions. This role demands strong communication in English and Thai, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Thai and English.
• Experience in lead generation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with cybersecurity products/services or IT.
• Strong B2B sales skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns through calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads, identify decision-makers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Schedule discovery meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, particularly in cybersecurity, and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Follow and implement best-practice sales methodologies, including cold calling, email cadences, and social selling.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly activity goals and monthly opportunity quotas.
