Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks an experienced Sales Development Representative to build and qualify outbound sales opportunities across Malaysia and international markets. The role focuses on prospecting, cold outreach and engaging senior technology decision-makers in cybersecurity and enterprise tech.

You will research target accounts, develop tailored campaigns and collaborate with Account Executives to convert meetings into opportunities, while maintaining CRM records and reporting on pipeline

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, business development, lead generation or SDR/BDR roles.
• Experience within cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure or enterprise technology is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience generating qualified meetings through cold calling and multi-channel outbound prospecting.
• Comfortable conducting high-volume outbound activities while maintaining a personalised approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage outbound sales pipeline across Malaysia and international markets.
• Identify key decision-makers across Cybersecurity, Engineering, DevOps, Platform and Technology functions.
• Develop personalised, multi-channel outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings.
• Engage with senior stakeholders including CISOs, CTOs, Security Leaders, Engineering Managers and DevOps Leaders.
