Job summary

NTA TRADING & TRANSPORT SDN BHD is seeking a logistics professional to prepare and process Import/Export documentation for Sea and Land Freight, including declarations and related forms. The role requires coordinating with hauliers, shipping lines, authorities and clients to ensure timely cargo clearance.

You will maintain records, resolve discrepancies, and stay updated on regulatory changes while assisting with daily trucking arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Experience in Logistics management is preferred.
• Proficiency in EDI System (ALDEC, JBPi).
• Possess own transport.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and multitask.

• Coordinate with Haulier, Shipping Companies, Custom Authorities and Clients to ensure timely clearance of cargo.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation and transactions.
• Provide support in resolving discrepancies or issues related to Import/Export processes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Import/Export regulations and procedures.
• Assist in daily trucking arrangements.
