Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Customs Clearance Representative for the KL market to join our Clearance Shared Service Centre. You will prepare documentation for inbound and outbound shipments and liaise with customers to resolve clearance and delivery issues, ensuring smooth customs processing.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and about one year in customer service or contact center environments. You will work 44 hours per week on weekdays with alternate Saturday mornings, and shifts; training

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of customer servicing or working in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for clearance of inbound shipments and outbound shipments according to Customs regulations.
• Liaise with customers to resolve clearance and delivery issues to expedite customs clearance and maximize satisfaction.
• Other job-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
