Job summary

HARI FROZEN FOOD SDN.BHD. is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer service operations in Malaysia.

You will handle enquiries, process orders, and coordinate deliveries while aligning with Sales, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction. The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, strong language skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and email.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service or order processing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Process customer orders and prepare sales orders with accurate information.
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse on stock, order status and delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, delivery schedules and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
• Provide updates on product availability, pricing and delivery status to customers.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks and support superior as required.
