Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator for our manufacturing client in Malaysia. The role focuses on planning and monitoring daily product measurement and installation schedules to meet customer requirements and company standards.

Key duties include liaising with sub-contractors and homeowners, preparing installation-related documents, and ensuring timely logging and resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in customer communication and sales coordination.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for product measurement and installation requests and update system.
• Log and resolve customer requests, enquiries, feedback and complaints on time.
• Ensure goods received from Headquarter align with orders and are in good condition.
• Coordinate receiving of goods returns and disposition of expired materials.

Company Overview:

Our client is an established Malaysian manufacturer specialising in aluminium home products, headquartered in Muar, Johor, the company has built a strong presence in the building and property development industry, serving residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor daily product measurement and installation schedule to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customers' requirements and company standards.

Liaise with sub-contractors and house owners for scheduling of product measurement and installation services and update status accordingly from time to time.

Prepare all relevant documents pertaining to product measurement and installation services' request and promptly update all such information into system.

Ensure customers request, enquiry, feedback and complaints are logged and resolved on time.

Ensure of all receiving of goods from Headquarter are in accordance to customers' order and in good conditions.

Co-ordinate receiving of goods return from customers as well as disposition of expired material / goods back to Headquarter.

Performs any other tasks and responsibilities within the Branch Operations as and when required.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing.

At least 2 years' working experience in customer communication and sales coordination.

Applicants must be willing towork for 5.5 days.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel).

Details oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
