Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service or related field.
• Previous experience in customer service or related role is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and complaints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email and other channels professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies and procedures.
• Assist customers in resolving issues while ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow up on enquiries and outstanding issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, complaints and resolutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and service.
• Monitor feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
• Support daily customer service operations and meet performance targets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
