Growth Valley Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based leading personal development and coaching academy established in 2006. We are building an AI-powered operations team and seek a Customer Success Executive to serve students via WhatsApp, phone, and email, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a diploma or degree, fluent Mandarin and English, and good organisational skills. Training is provided and a clear career path to Senior Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for enrolled students via WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Answer enquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Build long-term relationships and follow up regularly to keep students engaged and satisfied.
• Support students before, during and after classes and live events.
• Track student records, feedback and follow-ups in our system.
• Work with sales and operations teams to improve the student experience.
