The role welcomes fresh graduates with a diploma or degree, fluent Mandarin and English, and good organisational skills. Training is provided and a clear career path to Senior Customer Success.

• Be the main point of contact for enrolled students via WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Answer enquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Build long-term relationships and follow up regularly to keep students engaged and satisfied.
• Support students before, during and after classes and live events.
• Track student records, feedback and follow-ups in our system.
• Work with sales and operations teams to improve the student experience.

We are actively building an AI-powered operations team. We need an Customer Relation Executive who is reliable, hands-on, and ready to grow with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the main point of contact for enrolled students via WhatsApp, phone and email

Answer enquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally

Build long-term relationships and follow up regularly to keep students engaged and satisfied

Support students before, during and after classes and live events

Track student records, feedback and follow-ups in our system

Work with sales and operations teams to improve the student experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Bahasa Malaysia is a plus

Warm, patient, good at handling people

Organised and comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and basic computer tools

Interest in Feng Shui, BaZi or Chinese culture is an advantage
