Job summary

AJobThing is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive revenue by converting leads via phone and WhatsApp, while building and nurturing relationships with key accounts in a dynamic B2B/hospitality setting.

You will collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback and consistently meet KPIs, including 150+ calls weekly and daily talk time. The role leverages Gen AI tools to optimize pitches and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin communication.
• Diploma or higher required.
• At least 1 year in sales (B2B or hospitality) with solutions selling experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to take on extra tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by converting leads via phone and WhatsApp.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
• Exceed KPIs: Deliver 150+ connected calls/week, maintain 1 hour of talk time/day.
• Pioneer new strategies: Use Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches and client engagement.
