AJobThing in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven sales professional with a diploma or higher to convert leads via phone and WhatsApp, build client relationships, and collaborate with product teams.

The role emphasizes independent work, a readiness to take on additional tasks, and a performance-driven culture with attractive commissions and five-day weeks.

Qualifications

• Diploma level education or above in any discipline.
• At least 1 year in similar or Sales industries/ B2B/ Hospitality with solutions selling experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to take on extra tasks for the benefit of the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
• Exceed KPIs: Deliver 150+ connected calls/week, maintain 1 hour of talk time/day.
• Pioneer new strategies: Use Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches and client engagement.
