Job summary

AJobThing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a sales professional with solutions selling experience to drive revenue and manage key accounts. You will work from our office, engaging prospects by phone and WhatsApp, and collaborate with teams to tailor offerings.

The role requires a Diploma or higher and at least 1 year in related industries. A flexible, five-day work week with an attractive commission structure is offered to encourage growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in communication across multiple languages.
• Minimum education: Diploma or higher.
• At least 1 year in similar/sales/b2b/hospitality with solutions selling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Open to taking on extra tasks for the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by converting leads via phone and WhatsApp.
• Build and nurture key accounts; identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
• Exceed KPIs: 150+ connected calls per week; 1 hour talk time per day.
• Develop new strategies using Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches.
