Job summary

SkyeChip Berhad is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to act as the primary technical interface with customers after IP delivery or project release. You will provide troubleshooting, guidance on IP features, and hands-on support to ensure smooth integration of SkyeChip's NOC, HBM, and other semiconductor IP solutions.

You will also train customers, create technical documentation, and maintain strong relationships with customer engineering teams to drive satisfaction and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in semiconductor design, IP development, application engineering or customer support.
• Understanding of ASIC/SoC design methodologies and development flows.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers after IP delivery and project release.
• Provide technical support, guidance on IP features, and deployment assistance.
• Assist in IP integration, configuration, and deployment activities; respond within SLAs.
• Develop application notes, guidelines, FAQs, and support documentation.
• Train customers through technical sessions and product demonstrations.
• Maintain customer relationships and escalate issues as needed.
