Job summary

SILICONWARE PRECISION MALAYSIA Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks a customer-facing engineer to manage engineering and quality requirements, liaise with customers, and support sales teams.

You will consolidate customer feedback, monitor complaints through closure, and participate in regular engineering meetings to align with NPIs and business changes. Fresh graduates welcome; multilingual English and Chinese abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry, PM, or customer service is preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese for effective customer communication.
• Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with 4+ years of relevant work experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on NPI/NPNT projects and monitor engineering progress and customer requirements.
• Monitor key engineering lots and performance metrics (CPK, FT Yield, RA).
• Handle quotation activities and Price Review-related tasks.
• Monitor engineering and quality requirements and facilitate communication among factory, customers, and sales teams.
• Register and monitor customer complaints through to closure and coordinate with BUs on quality issues.
